1. Support the Food & Beverage Director in daily tasks.
2. Assist in managing schedules and organizing various sales points.
3. Contribute to the implementation of new projects.
4. Monitor guest satisfaction results and assist in action plan development.
5. Provide operational support during dining services.
6. Track revenue across different sales points.
7. Promote services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
8. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality industry
2. Experience in food and beverage service

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
5. Fluency in French and English

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or starred dining establishments is preferred.

Degree in Hospitality/Restaurant Management or related field. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards is required.
