1. Oversee the entire Housekeeping department, including Laundry operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
2. Implement and maintain Housekeeping standards, policies, and procedures.
3. Participate in pre-opening activities, including hiring, training, and onboarding of the Housekeeping team.
4. Set up the Housekeeping department's infrastructure and systems.
5. Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards.
6. Manage budgeting, inventory, and cost control within the Housekeeping department.

1. High school diploma or equivalent; Degree or Diploma in hotel management or related field preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.

1. Strong leadership and team management skills.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
3. Knowledge of Housekeeping best practices and standards.
4. Organizational and time management proficiency.
5. Proficiency in English; additional languages advantageous.
6. Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and Housekeeping software.

A minimum of 5 years in Housekeeping management, preferably in the hospitality sector, with a proven track record of maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

High school diploma or equivalent; Degree or Diploma in hotel management preferred.
