1. Oversee the housekeeping department, including floor supervisors and laundry team.
2. Address guest conflicts and dissatisfaction, ensuring swift resolution.
3. Manage lost and found items and exceptional guest requests.
4. Ensure all guest-specific requests at the time of reservation are fulfilled.
5. Participate in recruitment and training of housekeeping staff.
6. Develop and implement training programs on hygiene, safety, and operational procedures.
7. Create and manage staff schedules, ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
8. Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of cleanliness and service.
9. Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and manage departmental expenses.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality.
2. Proven leadership and team management skills.
3. Strong conflict resolution and customer service abilities.
