- Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts from a reputable institution.
- Minimum of 10 years in the culinary industry, with at least 3 years in a similar role within a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel or resort.
- Comprehensive knowledge of professional kitchen operations and dining room management.
- Mastery of culinary processes and techniques.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Micros OPERA PMS, and Materials Control.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
- Creative flair and passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
- Awareness of industry trends and best practices.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
