1. Assist the Director of Culinary in overseeing culinary operations.
2. Manage the kitchen team and supervise food preparation.
3. Ensure high-quality dishes are delivered to provide a memorable dining experience.
4. Maintain the kitchen's efficiency and quality standards.

1. College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.
3. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, including recipe development, testing, and quality control.

1. Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of chefs and support staff.
2. Well equipped with HACCP process.
3. Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
6. Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a high-end hotel or resort.

College level in culinary and catering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
