- Ensure the culinary quality and presentation of all dishes.
- Conceptualize and creatively execute menus for all dining outlets.

- Supervise the creation of precise technical sheets for menu components.
- Ensure adherence to technical sheets and quality standards.
- Propose product and service enhancements to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Participate in the preparation of kitchen budget forecasts.
- Manage service-related costs to ensure kitchen profitability.
- Oversee stock management and procurement in collaboration with the Economat service.
- Engage in supplier selection and price negotiation with purchasing and finance departments.
- Maintain the culinary signature of the group in consultation with Chef Yannick Alléno.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record in high-end culinary environments.
