- Guide guests on excursions, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience.
- Coordinate bookings and maintain excursion schedules.
- Prepare necessary materials and equipment for excursions.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and effectively enforce safety measures.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including boat crew and F&B departments.
- Exclusively open to Maldivian nationals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are advantageous.
- Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
- Professional dive certification (PADI Divemaster or equivalent) preferred.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Maldivian culture, traditions, and the local marine ecosystem.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications for maintaining records and bookings.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort environment, is required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
