1. Guide guests on excursions, ensuring a personalized and enriching experience.
2. Coordinate bookings and maintain excursion schedules.
3. Prepare necessary materials and equipment for excursions.
4. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and effectively enforce safety measures.
5. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including boat crew and F&B departments.

1. Exclusively open to Maldivian nationals.
2. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are advantageous.
3. Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
4. Professional dive certification (PADI Divemaster or equivalent) preferred.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of Maldivian culture, traditions, and the local marine ecosystem.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in basic computer applications for maintaining records and bookings.
4. Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

A minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably within a luxury resort environment, is required.

High school diploma or equivalent.
