1. Provide personalized guest experiences through excursions.
2. Coordinate bookings and maintain schedules for excursions.
3. Prepare necessary materials and equipment for excursions.
4. Ensure safety protocols are followed and enforced.
5. Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including boat crew and F&B departments.

1. Exclusively open to Maldivian nationals.
2. High school diploma or equivalent.
3. Valid CPR and First Aid certification.
4. Professional dive certification (PADI Divemaster or equivalent) preferred.

1. Comprehensive knowledge of Maldivian culture and local marine ecosystem.
2. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Familiarity with water sports, snorkeling, or diving operations.
4. Strong knowledge of safety protocols.
5. Proficiency in basic computer applications.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably in a luxury resort environment.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in related fields are an advantage.
