1. Assist the coordinator and the entire commercial team with administrative management, including contract dispatch and follow-up, database maintenance, and reporting systems.
2. Support sales activities by participating in client meetings and organizing property tours.
3. Conduct prospecting and competitive analysis through telephonic outreach and regular competitor visits.
4. Contribute to achieving the commercial department's objectives.
5. Represent the Cheval Blanc brand image.
6. Ensure follow-up on commercial actions.
7. Participate in various projects such as client events and commercial action plans.
8. Facilitate connections with international partners including agencies and companies.

1. Higher education degree in Hospitality/Tourism or Business School.
2. Knowledge of the luxury hospitality sector.
3. Strong client orientation.

2. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, customer service acumen, courtesy, and tact.

Previous experience in a similar establishment or in the luxury hotel sector is highly appreciated.
