1. Assist the Economat department with daily tasks.
2. Execute purchase orders and manage stock releases.
3. Aid in the control and receipt of merchandise.
4. Participate in the management and control of stock flows using IT systems.
5. Ensure proper accounting treatment of purchase orders into receipts.
6. Monitor credits to be received.
7. Assist in monthly inventory, analyze stock discrepancies, and apply corrective measures.
8. Control and analyze various consumptions.
9. Conduct price studies for new products and supplier evaluations.
10. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. Knowledge of luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
2. Currently pursuing a degree in business school, accounting and administration, or hotel management.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of SAGE and OPERA is advantageous.

No prior experience required, ideal for beginners.

Currently enrolled in a business school, accounting and administration, or hotel management program.
