1. Conduct diving lessons and excursions for guests, ensuring safety and adherence to PADI standards.
2. Provide exceptional customer service, enhancing the guest experience with personalized attention.
3. Maintain diving equipment and ensure it is in optimal condition.
4. Collaborate with the resort's team to organize and promote diving activities.
5. Deliver engaging presentations and briefings to guests in both English and Mandarin.

1. Minimum PADI OWSI certification in teaching status.
2. Active EFR and EANx Instructor certifications.
3. Valid DAN Insurance.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient in computer applications relevant to diving operations.
4. Excellent organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
5. Solid understanding of hotel operations.

A minimum of 2 years as a PADI Instructor in an ultra-luxury establishment is required. Experience in the Maldives or similar remote locations is advantageous.
