1. Provide diving instruction to guests.
2. Ensure safety and adherence to diving standards.
3. Deliver exceptional customer service in line with brand standards.

1. Minimum PADI OWSI in teaching status.
2. Active EFR and EANx Instructor certifications.
3. Valid DAN Insurance.

1. Fluency in English and Mandarin.
2. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
3. Proficient computer skills.
4. Excellent organizational skills.
5. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum 2 years experience as a PADI Instructor in an ultra-luxury establishment; previous experience in the Maldives or other remote locations is advantageous.
