1. Oversee the daily operations of the dive centre, ensuring adherence to safety regulations and industry standards.
2. Manage and maintain dive equipment, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition.
3. Develop and implement staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient operations.
4. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
5. Manage budgets and financial performance of the dive centre.
6. Ensure compliance with eco-friendly and sustainable diving practices.
7. Train and mentor dive centre staff, fostering a culture of excellence and guest service.
8. Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure staff are trained in CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen provision.

1. PADI Dive Instructor certification with a minimum of three years of dive centre management experience in a luxury hotel/resort environment.
2. Proficiency in CPR, First Aid, and Emergency Oxygen Provider certifications.
3. Active EFR, EANx Instructor, and valid DAN Insurance.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
