1. Oversee all aspects of Food and Beverage operations, including restaurant, bar service, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
2. Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
3. Manage financial aspects including budgeting and financial planning.
4. Lead and develop the Food and Beverage team.
5. Collaborate with the Resident Manager to align operations with the Maison's standards.

1. Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
2. Minimum of five years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel or resort.
3. Strong knowledge of Food and Beverage service operations.

1. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
2. Proficiency in financial management and data analysis.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
5. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

A minimum of five years in a Director of Food and Beverage role or similar within a luxury hotel or resort.

Relevant degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
