1. Assist the Head Waiter in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards, preparing and organizing the service area.
3. Manage the supply and flawless execution of service.
4. Actively participate in serving food and beverages, assisting the Head Waiter, and ensuring bespoke presentation standards.
5. Responsible for clearing and cleaning during service, maintaining constant cleanliness of the dining area, and ensuring the upkeep of service equipment.
6. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding for seamless service.
7. Act as an Ambassador for the establishment, creating a memorable experience from arrival to departure and promoting the hotel's dining options and events.

1. Experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining establishments.
2. First experience (internship or position) in a similar setting.

1. Significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English (written and spoken); proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is appreciated.

Entry-level experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining is required.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
