1. Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
2. 1 to 2 years of experience as a Demi-Chef or confirmed Commis.

3. Commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a high-end culinary environment.

Diploma in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
