- Ensure the supply and inventory management of the assigned kitchen section.
- Participate in mise en place and preparation before service; clear the section post-service.
- Prepare, plate, and dispatch ordered dishes according to the Maison's standards.
- Provide instructions to Commis Chefs.
- Master basic recipes and techniques, adhering to HACCP standards, hygiene, safety, and workplace conditions.
- Monitor the quality and freshness of products.
- Manage stock levels and communicate orders to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
- Adhere to the FIFO storage system.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper use of kitchen equipment.
- Engage in job-related training sessions.
- Participate in events organized by or with the service.
- Apply and enforce the Maison and LVMH HM rules, procedures, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain high standards of appearance and grooming, ensuring compliance with service standards and procedures.
- Ensure activities are conducted ethically and legally under French legislation.
- Report any abnormal situations or issues that may pose safety risks or affect service quality.
- Proficient in basic culinary recipes and techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
