- Assist the Chef de Partie in food preparation and daily kitchen management.
- Conduct preliminary product preparations such as peeling, cutting, and washing.
- Receive and manage inventory deliveries.
- Participate actively in dish creation, adhering to directives and applying acquired techniques.
- Ensure impeccable presentation and adherence to the Maison's plating standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and equipment, following HACCP standards and internal procedures.
- Manage waste sorting and disposal.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- At least 3 years of experience, including internships or positions in similar establishments
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards
- Proficiency in culinary techniques
- Passion for gastronomy
- Precision and attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Teamwork capabilities
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred establishments is required.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Culinary Arts
