- Prepare preliminary tasks for meal preparation.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the creation and development of dishes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality and aesthetically pleasing dishes to promote the restaurant while optimizing costs.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols.
- Ensure proper storage and preservation of food items according to hotel hygiene rules and procedures.
- Monitor the freshness and quality of products.
- Coordinate the work of the team (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and smooth service.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Cuisine.
- Mastery of HACCP hygiene standards.
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality and dining.
- Creativity and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.

A minimum of 2 years of significant experience as a Commis de Cuisine in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
