- Prepare preliminary tasks for meal preparation.
- Assist the Chef de Partie in the creation and presentation of dishes.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary and aesthetically pleasing dishes while optimizing costs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards.
- Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols.
- Store and preserve food according to hygiene standards and hotel procedures.
- Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Coordinate the work of the team (commis, apprentices, interns) to ensure quality and efficiency of service.
- Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.
- BEP/CAP Cuisine or BAC PRO Cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of luxury hospitality and dining
