- Prepare and execute a specific component of the menu as per the technical sheets provided by the Head Chef.
- Organize the work of team members under supervision, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Engage in achieving and surpassing the service's financial objectives.
- Participate in client-facing presentations and preparations, maintaining impeccable conduct and appearance.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen and dishwashing equipment.
- Support the Sous-Chef and Chef de Partie in their duties.
- Manage stock and supplies in accordance with technical sheets and client requests, under the Head Chef's supervision.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant culinary experience.
- Proficiency in culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
