2. Organize the work of team members under supervision, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
3. Engage in achieving and surpassing the service's financial objectives.
4. Participate in client-facing presentations and preparations, maintaining impeccable conduct and appearance.
5. Ensure proper use and maintenance of kitchen and dishwashing equipment.
6. Support the Sous-Chef and Chef de Partie in their duties.
7. Manage stock and supplies in accordance with technical sheets and client requests, under the Head Chef's supervision.
