1. Ensure consistent quality and creativity in culinary tasks.
2. Maintain excellence in the client experience.
3. Integrate into the kitchen brigade.
4. Observe and replicate technical culinary gestures.
5. Perform simple tasks related to culinary preparation, setup, and plating.
6. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
7. Maintain cleanliness of the workstation and equipment.
8. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or potential accidents to superiors.

1. Experience in a similar establishment is required.
2. Good knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products.

Beginner level experience is acceptable, ideally with exposure to equivalent establishments.

CAP, BEP, BT, BTS in Culinary Arts or a Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality or Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality.
