1. Ensure consistent quality and creativity in culinary tasks.

2. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products.

5. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc's standards and norms.

Beginner level experience in a comparable culinary environment.

CAP, BEP, BT, BTS in Culinary Arts or a Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality.
