1. Ensure consistent quality and creativity in assigned culinary section.
2. Maintain excellence in guest experience.
3. Integrate into the kitchen brigade.
4. Observe and replicate technical culinary techniques.
5. Perform basic culinary preparation, mise en place, and plating tasks.
6. Adhere to safety and hygiene regulations.
7. Maintain work station and equipment.
8. Report any safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. Experience in a similar establishment is required.
2. Good knowledge of culinary techniques, recipes, and products.

Entry-level experience in a comparable culinary environment is required.

CAP, BEP or BT, BTS in culinary arts; Professional Baccalaureate in hospitality or technological Baccalaureate in hospitality.
