1. CAP, BEP, BT, BTS in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
2. Professional Baccalaureate in Hospitality or Technological Baccalaureate in Hospitality.

1. Passion for gastronomy and culinary arts.
2. Adaptability and discipline.
3. Autonomy and eagerness to learn.
4. Professional demeanor and presentation.
5. Familiarity with Cheval Blanc standards and norms.

Experience in a similar establishment is required.

CAP, BEP, BT, BTS in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
