- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest itineraries upon request.
- Recommend and promote hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide tailored assistance and advice.
- Ensure guest requests are fulfilled to the highest standard.
- Maintain confidentiality and discretion while building strong guest relationships.
- Handle guest correspondence before and after their stay.
- Stay informed of local events and maintain a network with peers and local service providers.
- Create unique and memorable guest experiences under the guidance of senior concierge staff.
- Manage billing, cash handling, and administrative tasks related to concierge services.
- Coordinate delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Ensure hotel entrances are accessible, clean, and safe.
- Collaborate with bell staff to organize guest errands and transport.
- Answer phone calls courteously and manage information flow within the hotel.
- Address and resolve guest complaints, proposing solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris standards.
- Supervise and mentor assistant concierges, interns, and apprentices.
- Advanced degree in Hospitality Management
