1. Ensure the luggage service, guest deliveries, and other guest-related logistics are handled with care and precision.
2. Provide exceptional welcome and service to all guests.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
4. Learn and apply the operational standards of the Maison.
5. Continuously seek guest feedback to improve service offerings.
6. Communicate necessary information about leisure activities available to guests both within and outside the Maison.
7. Ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
8. Respond to all special requests from guests.
