2. Ensure an exceptional welcome experience for each guest.
3. Maintain excellent relationships with guests, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
4. Learn and adhere to the operational standards (SOP) of the Maison.
5. Continuously seek guest feedback to enhance service offerings.
6. Communicate necessary information about leisure activities available within and outside the Maison.
7. Oversee the smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
8. Address all special requests from guests.

No prior experience required; ideal for students or recent graduates seeking exposure in luxury hospitality.

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
