- Welcome and assist guests throughout their stay, ensuring adherence to Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Advise and organize guest stays upon request.
- Guide guests to Cheval Blanc Paris-approved locations.
- Promote and sell hotel services including accommodations, dining, spa, and excursions.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide targeted, sincere assistance in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Ensure the quality of services related to guest requests.

- Record and monitor guest-related operations using the hotel’s software systems.
- Manage billing and payments, and reconcile cash funds.
- Complete administrative and accounting tasks related to concierge services in collaboration with the accounting department.
- Coordinate and oversee the delivery of newspapers, messages, and packages to guest rooms.
- Ensure the hotel entrance and surroundings are accessible, clean, and safe, following Cheval Blanc Paris safety and hygiene procedures.
- Collaborate with bell staff to organize errands and services for guests.
- Answer phone calls courteously and efficiently, following Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Manage telephone communications and relay information to relevant parties.
- Facilitate internal communication within the concierge service and with other hotel departments.
- Ensure guest safety and comfort.
- Handle complaints and propose solutions in line with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Supervise and oversee the work of Assistant Concierges, Interns, and Apprentices, ensuring compliance with Cheval Blanc Paris procedures.
- Higher education degree in Hospitality Management
