- Manage daily operations within the sommelier service at Le Jardin de Cheval Blanc Paris.
- Advise guests on wine and spirit selections to enhance sales and ensure satisfaction.
- Oversee the setup, control, and restocking of the wine cellar.
- Maintain inventory and collaborate with the purchasing department.
- Welcome and assist guests to ensure a superior service experience.
- Take and process orders, ensuring adherence to hotel procedures.
- Participate in table clearing and resetting operations.
- Present and process billing according to hotel protocols.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
- Manage linen setup and replenishment.
- Report any safety or security concerns to management.
- Formal training in sommellerie such as Bac Pro Service et Commercialisation, Bac STHR, BP Sommellerie, MC Sommellerie, or WSET Level 4.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Understanding of beverage service legislation.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or fine dining environments.
- Strong gastronomic and oenological knowledge.

- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact.
