- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and optimal supply of the sales point throughout the service duration.
- Facilitate communication between the sales point and suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
- Assist the Chef de Rang in their duties to ensure optimal customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
- Clear and clean during the service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Ensure the sales point is optimally stocked.
- Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards.
- Develop a commercial attitude towards clientele, including greeting, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
- Contribute to stocking bars in rooms and setting up client welcomes.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Report any 'abnormal' situations concerning safety or accident risks to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Catering
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational potential

Initial experience (internship or first experience) in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant is required.
