1. Prepare and maintain the dining area according to hotel procedures.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Clear and clean tables during service.
4. Maintain and clean service equipment.
5. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
6. Ensure optimal supply and condition of the dining area.
7. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
8. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
9. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
