1. Ensure the setup and cleanliness of the restaurant according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and other beverages, as well as bread baskets and toasts.
4. Clear and clean during service hours.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Ensure optimal supply levels for the restaurant.
8. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Maintain a commercial attitude towards guests, including welcoming, seating, and service.
10. Assist in stocking minibars and setting up guest welcomes.
11. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
12. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants
