1. Ensure the setup and cleanliness of the dining area according to hotel procedures.
2. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
4. Clear and clean tables during service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Ensure optimal supply and condition of the dining area.
8. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Maintain a commercial attitude towards guests, including greeting, seating, and service.
10. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant environments is required.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality.
