1. Prepare and maintain the dining area according to hotel and restaurant standards.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as bread baskets and toasts.
4. Clear and clean tables during service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
7. Ensure optimal supply of the dining area.
8. Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
9. Develop a commercial attitude towards guests, including greeting, seating, and service.
10. Assist in stocking minibars and setting up guest welcomes.
11. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
12. Report any unusual situations regarding safety or potential accidents.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
