- Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and optimal supply of the dining area throughout service hours.
- Facilitate communication between the dining area and its suppliers, including the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding.
- Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Prepare hot drinks, juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Ensure the dining area is optimally stocked and ready for use.
- Implement and uphold HACCP hygiene standards.
- Consistently exhibit a commercial attitude towards guests, including greeting, seating, cloakroom service, and departure.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents involving guests or colleagues to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurants

A minimum of 3 years of experience, including internships or initial experience in luxury hotels or starred restaurants.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
