1. Prepare and maintain the dining area according to hotel and restaurant standards.
2. Assist in the service of food and beverages.
3. Clear and clean tables during service.
4. Maintain and clean service equipment.
5. Coordinate with kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
6. Ensure optimal supply levels for the dining area.
7. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
8. Promote hotel and Cheval Blanc services and products.
9. Report any safety or accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants

At least 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or starred restaurant, including internships or initial roles.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
