1. Prepare and maintain the cleanliness and optimal supply of the dining area according to hotel and restaurant procedures.
2. Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
3. Clear and clean tables during service.
4. Maintain and clean service equipment.
5. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, wine cellar, and stewarding departments.
6. Ensure the dining area is adequately stocked and ready for service.
7. Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
8. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
9. Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hotel or Michelin-starred restaurant, including internships or initial work experience.

BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Hospitality
