- Ensure smooth service in accordance with Cheval Blanc St-Tropez standards.
- Act as a liaison between the restaurant and various service areas.
- Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
- Ensure optimal supply of the point of sale.
- Promote the restaurants and dining events at the hotel and other Cheval Blanc locations.
