2. Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
3. Participate in the service of food and beverages.
4. Prepare hot drinks, fruit juices, and various beverages, as well as baskets of pastries and toasts.
5. Clear and clean during service.
6. Maintain and clean service equipment.
7. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
8. Promote the points of sale and catering events organized at the hotel and across all Cheval Blanc Maisons.

Accommodation provided free of charge, meals during the internship, urban pass and transportation expenses covered (conditions apply), referral bonus of €400 gross (conditions apply), and a uniform provided and laundered by the company.
