- Ensure smooth service in accordance with Cheval Blanc Courchevel's standards.
- Facilitate communication between the restaurant and various service areas.
- Clean and set up the point of sale according to hotel procedures.
- Participate in the service of food and beverages.
- Clear and clean during service.
- Maintain and clean service equipment.
- Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding.
- Ensure optimal supply conditions for the point of sale.
- Promote the restaurants and dining events within the hotel and other Cheval Blanc locations.
