1. Facilitate seamless communication between the restaurant and various service areas, ensuring an impeccable dining experience.
2. Prepare and set up the dining area in accordance with hotel procedures.
3. Assist in serving food and beverages to guests.
4. Clear and clean tables during and after service.
5. Maintain and clean service equipment.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, storeroom, cellar, and stewarding departments.
7. Ensure optimal stocking and readiness of the dining area.
8. Promote the hotel's restaurants and culinary events across all Cheval Blanc properties.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
