- Assist the Chef de Partie in organizing and preparing dishes and menus for the Table des Ambassadeurs.
- Ensure the highest quality and presentation standards are met.
- Execute cooking and preparation tasks according to technical sheets and hotel procedures.
- Participate in the creation of recipes and ensure proper supply and maintenance of the kitchen area and equipment.
- Manage stock levels and collaborate with the Economat service to ensure quality and quantity of supplies.
- Maintain cleanliness and adhere to HACCP protocols.
- Beginner level experience in a culinary role.
- Attention to detail in food preparation and presentation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of HACCP protocols.
- Strong organizational skills.
Entry-level experience in a culinary environment is required.
