- Assist the Chef de Partie and Demi-Chef de Partie in kitchen operations, ensuring adherence to hygiene standards.
- Participate in culinary presentations and preparations in front of guests, maintaining impeccable conduct and appearance.
- Prepare and organize the assigned kitchen section, performing tasks such as cleaning, slicing, and garnishing.
- Execute dishes according to instructions, ensuring proper cooking and seasoning as directed by superiors.
- Ensure food storage complies with current regulations and maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the kitchen.
- Organize work efficiently to meet set objectives.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
