1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks in the chocolaterie.
2. Develop and refine chocolate coatings and various chocolate products.
3. Assist in daily production to achieve set objectives.
4. Ensure daily quality standards are met.
5. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of premises, equipment, and machinery in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in receiving goods according to HACCP protocols.
7. Contribute to the training and development of apprentices and interns.
8. Assist in sorting and disposing of waste appropriately.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to superiors.

1. BEP/CAP in Pâtisserie/Chocolaterie or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.

Previous experience as a Pastry Assistant or significant internships in pastry within a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.
