1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks.
2. Execute the setup of coatings and various chocolates.
3. Assist in daily production to meet set objectives.
4. Ensure daily quality standards are met.
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises, equipment, and machinery in compliance with HACCP standards.
6. Participate in the receipt of goods following HACCP protocols.
7. Contribute to the training and development of apprentices and interns.
8. Assist in sorting and disposing of waste.
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management.

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry/Chocolatier or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
3. Familiarity with luxury hospitality or starred restaurant environments.

Initial experience as a Pastry Assistant or significant internships in pastry within a luxury hotel or starred restaurant.

BEP/CAP in Pastry/Chocolatier or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Desserts de Restaurant.
