1. Perform preliminary product preparation tasks
2. Develop chocolate coatings and various chocolates
3. Assist in daily production to meet objectives
4. Ensure expected daily quality
5. Maintain cleanliness of premises, equipment, and machines according to HACCP standards
6. Participate in the reception of goods following HACCP protocols
7. Contribute to the training and development of apprentices and interns
8. Participate in waste sorting and disposal
9. Report any 'abnormal' situations regarding safety or accident risks to management

1. BEP/CAP in Pastry/Chocolatier or BAC PRO in Cuisine/MC Restaurant Desserts
2. Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
3. Experience in luxury hospitality or starred restaurants
