1. Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.
2. Minimum 8 years of experience within a luxury establishment.
3. 4 years in a similar position.
4. Minimum of WSET Level 3 or similar qualification.
5. National Diploma and first aid qualification.

1. Expertise in sommelierie and mixology.
2. Strong leadership skills.
3. Experience in handling high-volume cellars.
4. Ability to manage a team.

A minimum of 8 years in a luxury establishment, with at least 4 years in a similar position.

Degree or Certificate in hospitality and catering.
