- Ensure guest reception and satisfaction throughout the service according to hotel procedures.
- Manage billing and payment processes with supervisory approval.
- Set up, arrange, and oversee the designated area of the dining venue.
- Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.

A minimum of three years in a similar role within luxury hospitality is required.
