1. Ensure guest reception and satisfaction in accordance with hotel procedures.
2. Manage billing and payment processes with supervisory approval.
3. Set up, maintain, and oversee the designated area of the dining venue.
4. Participate in or manage order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages.
5. Clear and reset tables efficiently.
6. Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
