1. Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
2. Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the service area.
3. Participate in service delivery, maintaining Cheval Blanc's standards of excellence.
4. Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
5. Act as an ambassador for the establishment, promoting the restaurants and events hosted by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.

1. BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
2. Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
3. Previous experience in a similar establishment.

1. Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
2. Sales and communication skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
4. Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational abilities.
6. Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, and tact.
7. Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
8. Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
9. Empathy, ability to anticipate needs, and proactive approach.
10. Team spirit and a desire to learn and progress in hospitality.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.

BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
