- Assist the Chef de Rang in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with HACCP hygiene standards while preparing and organizing the service area.
- Participate in service delivery, maintaining Cheval Blanc's standards of excellence.
- Coordinate and communicate with the kitchen, economat, cellar, and stewarding to ensure seamless service.
- Act as an ambassador for the establishment, promoting the restaurants and events hosted by the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
- Experience in luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred restaurants.
- Previous experience in a similar establishment.
- Significant service experience in a high-end establishment.
- Sales and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken; proficiency in a third language such as Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or Portuguese is appreciated.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong representational abilities.
- Exceptional customer service skills, courtesy, and tact.
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy, ability to anticipate needs, and proactive approach.
- Team spirit and a desire to learn and progress in hospitality.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar role within a luxury hospitality environment.
BEP/CAP/BAC PRO in Hospitality or equivalent.
