- Welcome guests in accordance with hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Oversee billing processes with the approval of the hierarchical superior.
- Promote dining venues and culinary events within the hotel and across Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and inspect the assigned area of the venue.
- Advise guests to ensure complete satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Participate in order taking, transmission, and service of food and beverages following hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure alignment between prepared dishes and guest orders while maintaining restaurant quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments according to hotel procedures.
- Promote various services and products available within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel procedures.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any unusual situations concerning safety or potential accidents to management.
- BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management.
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards.
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining.
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills.
- Outstanding customer service and hospitality acumen.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and availability.
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and advance in hospitality.
- Proficiency in sales and communication.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette.
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in an establishment of similar standing is required.
BEP/CAP in Cuisine or BAC PRO in Restaurant Management.
