- Welcome guests at the Café Maxime Frédéric x Louis Vuitton, ensuring adherence to hotel and restaurant procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Manage billing processes in collaboration with the direct supervisor.
- Promote the café and culinary events within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, maintain, and oversee the assigned area of the café.
- Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take orders, ensure accurate transmission, and serve food and beverages according to hotel and restaurant standards.
- Verify the alignment of prepared dishes with orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Present bills and process payments following hotel procedures.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel protocols.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linen supply and organization.
- Assist in wine cellar management.
- Facilitate internal communication and information flow within the service.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety or accident risks to the management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BAC PRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining environments
- Excellent interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation, courtesy, and tact
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit
- Desire to learn and advance in the hospitality industry
- Significant service experience in a similar high-end establishment
- Sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese) is advantageous
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar high-end establishment is required.
