- Welcome and attend to guests in the Italian Restaurant Langosteria according to hotel procedures.
- Ensure optimal guest satisfaction throughout the service.
- Handle billing and payment processes in coordination with the supervisor.
- Promote the restaurant and events within the hotel and Cheval Blanc properties.
- Set up, manage, and oversee the designated area of the restaurant.
- Advise guests to ensure their satisfaction and contribute to revenue optimization.
- Take and relay orders, and serve food and beverages following hotel protocols.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently.
- Promote hotel services and products.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per hotel standards.
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Participate in inventory management.
- Manage linens, including setup, renewal, and supply.
- Assist in managing the wine cellar.
- Facilitate internal communication within the service team.
- Adhere to hygiene and safety regulations.
- Report any safety concerns or unusual situations to management.
- BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality
- Knowledge of HACCP hygiene standards
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality or Michelin-starred dining
- Exceptional interpersonal and representational skills
- Strong customer service orientation with courtesy and tact
- Availability, flexibility, and adaptability
- Precision, organization, and attention to detail
- Empathy and proactive problem-solving abilities
- Team spirit and eagerness to learn and progress
- Proven sales and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Micros, and La Fourchette
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in a third language is an asset (Arabic, Russian, Chinese, Portuguese)
A minimum of 3 years of significant service experience in a similar high-standard establishment is required.
BEP/CAP in Culinary Arts or BACPRO in Hospitality
